HI, I'M RAKHI
Hi there. I’m Rakhi, a yoga teacher and yoga therapist in Sydney's Inner West, with over 10 years of experience helping people travel their unique wellness journeys.
I’m a meditation teacher, Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant, Reiki practitioner, and part of the yoga therapy team at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse in Sydney. My work weaves together movement, breath, meditation and rest to help you find practices that feel kind, sustainable and genuinely supportive.
I offer these practices with awareness, respect and gratitude for this Country, unceded Gadigal and Wangal land, and for the enduring knowledge, care and connection held by its First Peoples.
